Personal Learning Plans are licensed on a 'per user' basis.  If your first name and last name displayed on the screen are incorrect after you have logged in to your PLP then you can request to have them changed.  Please use the form below to tell us your current PLP login and password and we will amend your details.  Items marked with a * are required.

If you have purchased a number of Personal Learning Plan licenses and you have not allocated them all then just use the form below and we will do the rest.

If you want to assign a number of PLP licenses then you can send an email to support@projectlearning.net and provide the details below with multiple PLP assignee information.

Please note that it can take up to 24 hours to activate a Personal Learning Plan.  You will be notified if you do not have the correct number of remaining licenses.  Items marked with a * are required.

Personal Learning Plan data is stored on our server.  Individual users can access their PLP at any time.  Project Mentor version 2.0 users can also review their overall PLP status by using the Tools menu tab.  In addition, version 2.x users can also store PLP login and password details to their PC, providing an automated login.   Personal information will not be sold or distributed to any third parties.  Project Learning Limited reserves the right to analyse statistical PLP information for internal use and for the purposes of our business partners.

Project Learning Limited may also release information to corporate customers regarding the performance of their own employees (but not employees of other companies) for the purposes of 'assessing corporate knowledge'.  Organisations wishing to know more about this service should contact us using the  details provided below.
